Local shops, including a fish and chip shop / kebab grill can be found two hundred yards away. Five minutes by car or fifteen minutes walk away from Walton High Street, where public houses and the excellent Bombay Nite Indian restaurant are found. Easy access from Felixstowe Port. Felixstowe town centre and beach two miles away. Regular bus service from opposite the house to Felixstowe town centre and Ipswich.   Both Stephen and Liz have lived all their lives in Suffolk and are pleased to assist in planning excursions. The house is near to the A14, which provides excellent links to the whole of Suffolk.

Approaching Felixstowe from the A14. Stay on A14 at roundabout (second exit) on to Port of Felixstowe Road. Take the first exit just past a lay-by, signed Dock Gate No 2, Trinity Business Park. Take the next left (about 200m), signed Cavendish Park, Superstore. You will see Morrisons superstore in front of you. First exit at roundabout (Grange Farm Avenue). Continue until you reach a mini roundabout (after the humps start). Turn right into Grange Road. The drive (care please as it is also a public footpath) is at the end of a long brick wall on the right hand side just before the next mini roundabout (Wadgate Road). Map below.
